& this is the difference in having the capacity to actually embody our transformation vs just mentally masturbating ourselves into a spiritual ego that “knows itself” “is doing the work”

The amount of creative power, responsibility, money, truth and aliveness you are able to experience is determined by the range of your nervous system.

1:1 & GROUP JOURNEYS

There are 3 types of packages I offer. (see doula care) Prices, amount of sessions and services vary but all 3 offer the following:

2 Prenatal sessions (before week 37/38)
On-call support from 37 weeks till birth.
support in you writing birth plan/ preferences
birth support throughout entire birth, no matter how long and first hours after.
postpartum follow-up in the 10 days after birth 1-1.5 hrs
6 weeks post-birth support phone/ WhatsApp/ email/ zoom: support, listening, referrals.

A "traditional doula" is incredibly competent at all things birth support, preparation and education. They are a companion throughout the entire process pregnancy, birth and beyond. I simply combine the above with somatic therapy, breathwork, acupressure/ Chinese medicine, and emotional release. I am trained in all of these modalities, which reflects in my pricing and skillset. It does not make me better than another doula, it just means I have a skillset that you may feel more drawn towards.

Absolutely not. In no way or form am I here to make any medical decisions for you. Nor do I carry any medical responsibilities for you or your child. I am by your side as an emotional, spiritual and physical support. You and your partner (and whichever care provider you are collaborating with) are responsible for any medical decisions made throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond. I am also not here to give any medical advice or breastfeeding expertise. My role is to inform you of potential drawbacks and pros of various medical choices, interventions and decisions. To be by your side when questions arise, emotions move and changes occur.
